01 / Progress
Every move on the project, stamped and dated. Scouting means it is on the radar, in flight means it is being worked, in the bag means done.
13 product shots in from Greg: six hat styles on Richardson 112 and 258 blanks, the black canvas tote, and the engraved accessories (coasters, keychain, bottle opener). Full inventory written up with blank models and tag specs.
Traced the line-art duck from the white trucker embroidery and the full lockup from the tote screen print. Rebuilt a clean lockup: duck over HALO, rule, WATERFOWL. Scales from favicon to billboard.
Colorway pulled from the actual product line: charcoal, brown, khaki, navy, stone. One-color logo rule documented. Transparent PNG exports in black, white, navy, and tan.
This site. Field log, brand kit, and the full product line in one place, demo-ready.
Greg sent shots of four shirts off the press: a flying mallard on sand and camel, a standing whitetail buck on heather cream. Next Level and Alternative blanks in test, and the first illustrated artwork beyond the logo.
The original logo EPS landed: Illustrator vector, drawn November 2018, one color, all text outlined. Converted to SVG, split into lockup, duck mark, and wordmark, and swapped in across the brand kit. The traced drafts are retired to reference.
Sample photos are in (see the tees in The Line). First-run blanks and colorways got locked and produced. Sizing runs and pricing for the wider line still to be set.
The complete kit landed: native Illustrator .ai plus EPS, PNG, and JPG in every variant, black and white. It also confirmed a second line, Halo Country, running off the same duck mark. Site assets swapped to the official files.
Production-ready stitch files are done for the duck mark: cap front and left chest, delivered as DST plus the editable native format and a stitch spec sheet. Caps and shirts can be sewn from these on any machine.
Thread color numbers for an exact match, the woven patch production file, and source art for the tee illustrations (the mallards and the Country buck).
Greg approved the first printed tee run: 36 shirts, 12 white, 12 OD green, 12 gray. Duck mark, single color, a faded tone-on-tone print center chest. Design proofs built off his own shirt and signed off.
The 36-shirt print run went to order, and engraved 20oz tumblers joined the line in olive, gray, and black. First cups ordered, design proofs built for every color.
Blanks and transfers landed after a UPS weather delay, and the full 36-shirt run got pressed: 12 white, 12 OD green, 12 gray, each with the faded duck in its matched tone.
Greg floated bringing back the old Map Series tee: a vintage Arkansas duck-spot map on the back, swap the location per shirt. Built a first concept for Bayou Meto WMA on a Comfort Colors blue, with the BAYOU METO / Map Series / Halo lockup. White River, Black River, and the Scatters queued behind it. Production art drops in the real public-domain WMA map.
Royal Pine finished the first sample: a Richardson 112 trucker in brown and khaki with the duck stitched in tan on the cap front, run from our own digitized files.
All 12 engraved 20oz Polar Camels landed: olive, gray, and black, split half duck-only and half full lockup. The first drinkware in the Halo line.
Greg's construction brand joins the queue. Southern Standard S2 tees on Next Level heather blanks: full logo across the back, small lockup on the left chest, single-color black. The S2 art only exists as a small raster, so a clean vector redraw is being lined up with the same shop that digitized the duck. Separate brand, same crew, logged here so nothing gets crossed.
The S2 vector redraw landed overnight: the full lockup and a standalone shield mark, drawn as clean paths with every letter outlined, delivered in all the formats a printer could ask for. Verified at back-print size. Hi-viz blanks are picked and carted, so the tee run is unblocked.
02 / Demo room
The official logo package, every variant in black and white. Two lines share one duck mark: Halo Waterfowl and Halo Country. Click any asset to download.

The official stacked logo: duck over HALO WATERFOWL. The primary mark.

White, for dark goods. The hat and tote treatment.

Duck banking over the wordmark. The wide layout for caps and chests.

The sister line. Same duck mark, COUNTRY wordmark, shared system.

The mallard and halo swoosh, standalone. Cap front and accessories.

HALO over WATERFOWL with the rule. Type only, no duck.
One-color rule: every application in the line is single color. Embroidery, screen print, patch, engraving.

04 / Concept
Greg's idea, brought back: a vintage Arkansas duck-spot map on the back, swap the location per shirt. Here is the first concept on Bayou Meto, three directions on a Comfort Colors blue. Greg, pick the one you like and we run with it. The map shown is representative; production drops in the real public-domain WMA map.
Option 01Green Timber
Flooded-timber blocks in green. Most color, reads most like a real WMA map.
Option 02Classic Mono
Tan and black line work only. Cleaner and more old-school.
Option 03Angled Vintage
Map set on a slight angle, lighter ink. A more casual layout.
Or just tell Clint Option 1, 2, or 3.
